– ระวังการใช้ในผู้ป่วยทางเดินน้ำดีอุดตัน
– ระวังการใช้ร่วมกับยาลดไขมันในเลือด (ระดับ Coenzyme Q10 ในเลือดจะมีระดับต่ำในผู้ป่วยที่มีระดับไขมันในเลือดสูง) และ HMG-CoA reductase inhibitors อาจมีผลยับยั้งการสร้างของ Coenzyme Q10 โดยธรรมชาติ เนื่องจาก HMG-CoA reductase ช่วยในการสร้าง Coenzyme Q10
